On December 18, 2023, at the Petroleum Hotel, Vung Tau City, Petroleum Maritime Services Company (PVTrans OFS) solemnly held the “Conference to summarize production and business activities in 2023, orientation and tasks and Labor Conference in 2024”. PVTrans OFS was honored to welcome the leaders of PVTrans Corporation, leaders of the Corporation’s functional departments, leaders of member units and distinguished guests to attend and direct the Conference.
This is an important occasion for PVTrans OFS at the time of the 15th anniversary of the Company’s establishment and development. Therefore, the Company’s Board of Directors has combined this Conference with a summary of production and business activities in 2023 and the content of the Program “Discussion on the 15-year journey and listening to instructions and orientations from the Corporation’s leaders for the following years”. This is an important occasion for PVTrans OFS at the time of the 15th anniversary of the Company’s establishment and development. Therefore, the Company’s Board of Directors has combined this Conference to summarize the production and business activities in 2023 and the content of the Program “Discussion on the 15-year journey and listen to instructions and orientations from the Corporation’s Leaders for the following years”. Thereby, the Company’s Board of Directors and employees have the opportunity to look back on a long journey full of difficulties and challenges that have been overcome together and continue to maintain solidarity, unanimity and consensus to complete the tasks assigned by the Corporation in the coming period.

Reporting to the Conference, the Board of Directors of PVTrans OFS said that, with the efforts of the Company’s leaders and employees, over the past year, PVTrans OFS has overcome all difficulties and challenges, well met the requirements and changes from customers, successfully implemented restructuring according to Resolution No. 07/NQ-VTDK-HĐQT dated March 6, 2023 of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, in which it expanded its business scope to the field of maritime transport, and at the same time completed and exceeded the production and business plan targets assigned by the Corporation.

Specifically, in 2023, with the close direction and consensus of the Party Committee of the department and the Board of Directors of the Company in all related service areas, PVTrans OFS reached the target 2 months ahead of schedule in terms of revenue, estimated to achieve the whole year at 338.3 billion VND, reaching 120.8% of the assigned plan. Regarding the profit paid to the Corporation, PVTrans OFS reached the target 5 months ahead of schedule, with an estimated total of 63.8 billion VND for the year, reaching 289% of the assigned plan. In addition, the Company also strictly and fully complied with its obligations to the state budget, with estimated payments reaching 31.7 billion VND, reaching 132% of the assigned plan.
Report on the results of the Trade Union’s activities in 2023, the situation of revenue and expenditure of the Trade Union fund, implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement, labor regulations, democratic regulations at PVTrans OFS and election of a list of employee representatives to participate in the periodic dialogue in 2024.Mr. Vu Viet Anh – Chairman of the Trade Union said that in 2023, PVTrans OFS employees were guaranteed stable jobs and income, with an average income higher than the previous year, reaching 45.1 million VND/person/month, an increase of 14.9% compared to 2022. With a workforce of 202 people, PVTrans OFS has always strived to build many welfare policies, taking care of the material and spiritual life of employees and their families, ensuring that employees have a strong mindset, peace of mind at work, maintaining stability and continuity for production and business activities. PVTrans OFS also actively implements many social security activities to share the responsibility of the enterprise with the community and follow the orientation and direction of the Group as well as PVTrans Corporation.
Regarding the content of comments from employees, the Conference listened to a number of typical presentations, representing each business and production sector and project of the Company. These practical presentations are topics that the Company’s Board of Directors is interested in and require the cooperation of all employees to overcome difficulties and complete the set goals for each topic of each project that the unit is participating in implementing for customers.

Mr. Phan Ngoc Khanh presented a report on the management of PVT AVIRA Ship and the roadmap for expanding transportation services (Shipping) of PVTrans OFS Company.

The Discussion section on “OFS Story on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of establishment and development”, the Conference was honored to have Comrade Pham Viet Anh – Party Secretary/Chairman of the Board of Directors of PVTrans Corporation attend, sharing the advantages, difficulties and challenges since the decision to establish PVTrans OFS and the timely adjustments and orientations for the Company to develop over the past 15 years.

Through the sharing and guidance of the Party Secretary/Chairman of the Board of Directors of PVTrans Corporation, the Company’s employees had the opportunity to listen and understand more about the past journey of PVTrans OFS with many difficulties and challenges. That is also a valuable experience for PVTrans OFS to take as an important asset, continuing the long journey of maintaining development, ensuring sustainability in the following years.
At the Seminar, Comrade Pham Viet Anh – Party Secretary/Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation gave detailed instructions and directions, assigning specific tasks to the Board of Directors of PVTrans OFS in 2024 and the following years, in order to complete the development goals of the Company. On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, Ms. Mai Thi Hoai Huong – Director of PVTrans OFS accepted the instructions and committed to continue to maintain solidarity and consensus of the whole group to work together to complete the assigned tasks.
In 2023, to achieve the production and business results as reported in the Conference, there were contributions from collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements. At the Conference, the Board of Directors of the Corporation honored and awarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in 2023, in which PVTrans OFS Company was honored to receive the Corporation’s annual award (PVTrans Awards) as “Company with the best restructuring work in 2023”.

Individuals were honored to receive certificates of merit from the General Director of the Petroleum Transportation Corporation for outstanding individuals in 2023.
Mr. Nguyen Quyet Huong – Deputy Director of the Company was honored to receive the title of Outstanding Employee of the Year 2023.
The Conference on Summary of Production and Business Activities in 2023, Task Orientation and the 2024 Labor Conference of PVTrans OFS were a great success. In 2024 and the following years, the Board of Directors and all employees of the Company will continue to work together with the highest determination to complete all tasks assigned by the Corporation, overcome new challenges and maintain sustainable development of PVTrans OFS.
