In line with Plan No. 02-KH/DU dated August 14, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam National Oil and Energy Group (PVN) on the implementation of Directive No. 50-CT/TW dated July 23, 2025 of the Secretariat regarding continued innovation and improvement of Party cell activities in the new period, the Party cells under the PVTrans OFS Party Committee organized their October regular meetings on October 3, 2025, focusing on the following key contents:
1. Group Leadership Message
Party members thoroughly studied and discussed the leadership message from the Party Secretary and Chairman of the Members’ Council of PVN, emphasizing the guiding principle:
“Speak less – Think more – Act more – Move faster – Achieve higher efficiency.”
This message serves as a compass for action, aiming to improve productivity and work quality across the entire Group.
2. Communication on the 50th Anniversary of PVN’s Establishment
During the meetings, Party members reviewed and discussed key highlights of the 50th Anniversary Celebration of PVN’s founding (September 3, 1975 – September 3, 2025), including:

The speech by General Secretary Tô Lâm delivered at the Anniversary Ceremony.

The commemorative address by Mr. Lê Mạnh Hùng, Member of the Government Party Committee, Party Secretary, and Chairman of PVN’s Members’ Council.

A summary film presentation recapping the 50-year journey of PVN’s development, milestones, and outstanding achievements, helping Party members gain deeper insight into the Group’s proud history.
3. Political Communication Activities
Party cells implemented communication plans to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of Vietnam’s First General Election (January 6, 1946 – January 6, 2026), and activities related to the upcoming election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term, following the guidance of higher Party committees — Instruction No. 06-HD/BTGDV dated September 3, 2025 and Official Letter No. 426-CV/DU dated September 19, 2025 issued by the Government Party Committee.
4. Orientation for Oral Propaganda Activities
The meetings also provided direction for October 2025 oral communication activities, ensuring unity in awareness and action among all Party members.
Building a Strong and United Party Organization
The continuous innovation and enhancement of Party cell activities at PVTrans OFS reflect the company’s commitment to building a strong and exemplary Party organization, fostering solidarity, consensus, and alignment between ideology and action, thereby contributing to the successful implementation of the company’s business and production objectives.
