PVTrans OFS Holds 2023 Business Review and 2024 Labor Conference
On December 18, 2023, at the Petroleum Hotel, Vung Tau City, Petroleum Maritime Services Company (PVTrans OFS) solemnly held the “Conference to Summarize Production and Business Activities in 2023, Orientation and Tasks, and Labor Conference for 2024.”
PVTrans OFS was honored to welcome the leaders of PVTrans Corporation, along with representatives from the Corporation’s functional departments, member units, and distinguished guests, who attended and provided valuable guidance at the event.
This was a particularly meaningful occasion for PVTrans OFS as it coincided with the 15th anniversary of the company’s establishment and development. On this milestone, the Board of Directors combined the annual business review conference with the special program “Discussion on the 15-Year Journey and Guidance from PVTrans Leadership for the Years Ahead.”
The event provided an opportunity for the Board of Directors and all employees to look back on a 15-year journey filled with challenges and achievements, reflecting on the company’s growth and shared efforts. It also served as a moment to reaffirm the spirit of unity, determination, and collective commitment to fulfilling the tasks entrusted by PVTrans Corporation in the coming period.

Outstanding Achievements in 2023
Reporting to the Conference, the Board of Directors of PVTrans OFS stated that, with the joint efforts of the company’s leadership and employees, PVTrans OFS successfully overcame numerous difficulties and challenges throughout the past year.
The company effectively adapted to customer requirements and market changes, and successfully implemented the restructuring plan in accordance with Resolution No. 07/NQ-VTDK-HĐQT dated March 6, 2023, issued by the Board of Directors of PVTrans Corporation.
As part of this restructuring, PVTrans OFS expanded its business scope into the field of maritime transportation, marking a significant strategic milestone. At the same time, the company fulfilled and exceeded all production and business targets assigned by the Corporation, continuing to affirm its position as a reliable and dynamic member unit within the PVTrans system.

Business Performance and Trade Union Activities in 2023
Specifically, in 2023, under the close direction of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of PVTrans OFS, the company achieved remarkable results across all service areas.
PVTrans OFS reached its annual revenue target two months ahead of schedule, with estimated total revenue of VND 338.3 billion, equivalent to 120.8% of the assigned plan.
In terms of profit remitted to PVTrans Corporation, the company achieved the target five months ahead of schedule, with an estimated total profit of VND 63.8 billion for the year, reaching 289% of the assigned plan.
In addition, PVTrans OFS fully complied with its tax obligations to the State, with estimated payments of VND 31.7 billion, equivalent to 132% of the assigned plan.
Trade Union Report and Employee Welfare
Reporting on Trade Union activities in 2023, Mr. Vũ Việt Anh – Chairman of the Trade Union, presented an overview of the union’s financial situation, the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement, labor and democratic regulations, and the election of employee representatives for the periodic dialogue in 2024.
He affirmed that in 2023, PVTrans OFS ensured stable employment and income for all employees. The average income reached VND 45.1 million per person per month, an increase of 14.9% compared to 2022.
With a workforce of 202 employees, PVTrans OFS has always focused on building strong welfare policies, caring for both the material and spiritual well-being of employees and their families. These efforts have contributed to maintaining a positive mindset, ensuring workplace stability, and supporting the company’s sustainable production and business operations.
At the same time, PVTrans OFS actively implemented a variety of social security and community support activities, reflecting the company’s corporate social responsibility and alignment with the orientations of the Group and PVTrans Corporation.
Employee Feedback and Discussion
During the Conference, delegates also listened to several presentations from employees, representing different business sectors, operational units, and projects of the company.
These practical and constructive presentations highlighted key challenges and opportunities that the Board of Directors is focusing on, calling for the collective cooperation of all employees to overcome difficulties and successfully achieve the set goals of each project and service area under implementation.

Discussion Session: “OFS Story – 15 Years of Establishment and Development”
During the discussion session titled “OFS Story on the Occasion of the 15th Anniversary of Establishment and Development,” the Conference was honored to welcome Comrade Phạm Việt Anh – Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of PVTrans Corporation.
Comrade Phạm Việt Anh shared his reflections on the advantages, difficulties, and challenges that PVTrans OFS has experienced since its establishment, as well as the timely adjustments and strategic orientations that have guided the company’s steady growth and development over the past 15 years.
Comrade Pham Viet Anh – Party Secretary/Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation attended the Talk Show “OFS Story on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of establishment and development”.

Through the sharing and guidance of Comrade Phạm Việt Anh – Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of PVTrans Corporation, employees of PVTrans OFS had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the company’s 15-year journey marked by many difficulties and challenges.
These reflections served as valuable lessons and experiences, becoming an important foundation for PVTrans OFS to continue its journey of sustainable growth and development in the years to come.
During the seminar, Comrade Phạm Việt Anh also provided detailed instructions and directions, assigning specific tasks to the Board of Directors of PVTrans OFS for 2024 and the subsequent years, to ensure the successful realization of the company’s strategic development goals.

Individuals were honored to receive certificates of merit from the General Director of the Petroleum Transportation Corporation for outstanding individuals in 2023.
Mr. Nguyen Quyet Huong – Deputy Director of the Company was honored to receive the title of Outstanding Employee of the Year 2023.
