Implementing the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the 2023 Party Work Program of the Party Committee of the Oil and Gas Maritime Services Company (PVTrans OFS), on April 21, 2023, in Vung Tau City, Party Cells No. 1 and No. 2 under the OFS Party Committee held a ceremony to admit three outstanding individuals as new Party members: Hoàng Huy Khánh, Hoàng Anh, and Võ Minh Trí.
Attending the ceremony were Comrade Nguyễn Quang Điệp, Secretary of the PVTrans OFS Party Committee; Comrade Mai Thị Hoài Hương, Deputy Secretary and Director of the Company; together with representatives of mass organizations, Party members, and company employees.
The admission ceremony took place in a solemn and dignified atmosphere, following the procedures set out in Instruction No. 01 of the Central Committee.
During the event, the Secretary of the Party Cell read the Decision of the Party Committee of the Petroleum Transportation Corporation approving the admission of the new members. Each of the newly admitted members solemnly took an oath before the glorious Party flag, the portrait of the great President Hồ Chí Minh, and all Party members of the cell.
The new Party members pledged to constantly strive, study, and practice in accordance with Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and style; to fulfill the responsibilities of a Party member; and to contribute their efforts toward accomplishing the political tasks of their unit. They also expressed their determination to help build a clean, strong, and exemplary Party organization, and to further enhance the leadership and fighting capacity of the Party within the company.

Congratulations and Assigning of Tasks to New Party Members
At the ceremony, representatives of the Party Committee presented flowers, offered congratulations, and assigned tasks to the new Party members.
Comrade Nguyen Quang Diep, Secretary of the PVTrans OFS Party Committee, emphasized that after a period of active striving and training, these exemplary individuals were honored to be admitted to the ranks of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Acknowledging their efforts and achievements, the Secretary urged the new Party members to continue promoting their sense of responsibility and exemplary role in cultivating and improving political awareness, professional competence, and moral integrity. He reminded them to always place the interests of the nation and the collective above personal interests; to fight against all forms of deviation, corruption, and wastefulness; and to perform well the duties and responsibilities of a Party member, thereby contributing to building an increasingly clean and strong Party organization.
The Secretary also requested that all Party members in the Party Cell continue to guide and support probationary members, helping them to become official Party members after the probationary period as prescribed. He further encouraged the newly admitted Party members to strive to contribute more actively to Party building and national development, starting from strengthening their own departments and the company. This, he stressed, is both an honor and a responsibility that requires constant effort, training, and dedication to the ideals and pride of being a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
An Important Political Activity
The admission ceremony is an important political event within the Party Cell, contributing to the education and cultivation of political ideology and moral qualities for every Party member. Through this event, the Party organization has added to its ranks a team of young, qualified, and capable Party members, thereby strengthening the Party’s comprehensive leadership and contributing to the continued success of its revolutionary mission.
