PVTrans Corporate Culture Seminar 2023

Corporate culture is a familiar term that is often mentioned in the working environment of enterprises. Corporate culture is the entire cultural values ​​that are formed and attached within the scope of the enterprise, creating the difference between this enterprise and other enterprises. Therefore, corporate culture will exist throughout the development process of an enterprise, thereby forming a familiar lifestyle and customs that influence the perception, behavior, feelings, and actions of the staff in the enterprise.



PVTrans Corporation has always paid attention to and directed the construction and development of PVTrans Corporate Culture, especially implementing Plan No. 407-KH/DU dated June 26, 2023 of the Party Committee of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group on “Strengthening the leadership of Party committees at all levels in building and implementing corporate culture”, the dissemination of PVTrans Corporate Culture continues to be implemented by the entire PVTrans political system. On the morning of September 15, 2023, the Corporation organized a Corporate Culture Workshop to create an opportunity for the leadership team, key officials at all levels and employees to look back on the process of building PVTrans Corporate Culture, and at the same time discuss and share to raise awareness, change thinking, propose solutions to overcome challenges and determine to protect, maintain and develop PVTrans Corporate Culture to become stronger and stronger.


At the workshop, leaders and employees shared and discussed issues surrounding the topic of PVTrans corporate culture such as: Assessing the importance of corporate culture to the working environment and business activities of PVTrans. In your opinion, what benefits will a good and suitable corporate culture bring to the organization and to each individual employee of PVTrans?; How do you understand the role and responsibility of leaders and key staff in creating and spreading corporate culture? From your perspective, what do you expect and require of the Leadership in creating and spreading PVTrans corporate culture? To implement, spread and cultivate PVTrans corporate culture, what do you think are the roles and responsibilities of each PVTrans employee? What specific awareness and actions should employees have? Has PVTrans built a strong corporate culture, and why? What are the current opportunities, challenges, and risks for PVTrans corporate culture and solutions to maintain and cultivate PVTrans corporate culture?



Through this workshop, each PVTrans employee has equipped themselves with the necessary knowledge to join hands in building a strong PVTrans culture in particular and PVTrans in general, promoting good values ​​and achieving more success on the journey to overcome the waves and reach further ahead, so that each PVTrans employee is always proud to work under the PVTrans roof.
